One of the most common misconceptions in shoeing horses has been not trimming to each horse specifically. Some horses perform better club footed or toed in/out. We've made the same mistakes early on trying to make the horse's feet look as aesthetically pleasing as a horse without these problems. However, this methodology can cause serious issues with a horse and must be corrected before it is too late. Whether it be utilizing wedged shoes or pads to elevate the heels that were cut too short or help that laminitic/navicular maintain comfort through it's experience, Sound Equine is here to save the day.
